Having a clean set of books is necessary for filing taxes and applying for loans. If your records are messy, I can help you get organized. The following tasks will be completed to clean up your books:

1. The chart of accounts will be customized to fit the reporting needs of your business
2. Beginning balances for fixed assets, loans, etc. will be adjusted to match your records
3. Bank and credit card transactions will be imported into Quickbooks Online and categorized appropriately
4. Bank and credit card accounts will be reconciled to statements
5. Issues with accounts receivable and accounts payable, such as negative balances, will be resolved

Monthly Bookkeeping

1. Income and expenses will be recorded and categorized appropriately
